Shipping FAQ

 

·         How much is shipping?

We use UPS Real Time Shipping for added reliability and security. Shipping rates are calculated in real time by UPS. Shipping charges are based on the destination address, package size and weight. International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, tariffs, etc.

·         How long will it take to receive my order?

Most items require a 2-3 day processing time to prepare your order for shipping.

This time is in addition to the time required for shipping.

Expedited or rush shipping only shortens the time it takes your order to travel from us to you.

Expedited or rush shipping does not shorten the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping

For example - If you ordered an item with a 2-3 business day availability, you should expect to see your item within 7-10 business days.

If you ordered an item with a 2-3 business day availability and selected 2ND Day shipping, you should expect to see your item in 4-5 business days.

**Let us know if you have a specific deadline by which you need to receive your merchandise.  If you have a deadline, contact us via email, and indicate your deadline in the "Comments" section at the "Check Out" point of your shopping cart. We will try our very best to work with you. But we do not make any guarantees.

Please remember that if you order more than one item, your order will ship within the time period for the item with the LONGEST availability.

Some items require longer than 2-3 days. This additional time is usually noted in the item description. If an item states that it requires additional time, we obviously cannot ship them out next day air service! We can ship with the service you desire when the product has arrived and is available in stock.

Add 7-14 business days if your order contains product numbers beginning with different letters. We prefer shipping orders complete and will wait until that happens. If one item is available within 2-3 days but another item is available in 1-2 weeks, we will ship at the latest date possible. In this particular example we would ship in 1-2 weeks.

Some items may require up to an additional 14 business days. Read the item description for specific details.

Most domestic orders are received  by the customer within 7-14 business days.

·         Backorders

Occasionally merchandise is on backorder. You will be notified of backorders and out of stock merchandise within 48-72 hours. You may remove that item from your order or wait for it to come in.  Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.

·         Special Needs

Let us know if you have a specific deadline by which you need to receive your merchandise.  If you have a deadline, contact us via email, and indicate your deadline in the "Comments" section at the "Check Out" point of your shopping cart. We will try our very best to work with you. But we do not make any guarantees.

If you know ahead of time that you may not be available to receive delivery of a shipment, and would like UPS to leave it at your front door, we strongly suggest that you clearly post a note on your front door stating so. UPS can then follow your directives when they see the note. We cannot instruct UPS to leave packages. We are not responsible for packages after we receive delivery confirmation from UPS.
