Return & Exchange FAQ
Merchandise may be returned for
store credit for the amount of purchase less shipping. Store credit does not
expire.
Merchandise that is being returned
must be received by us within 14 days of delivery to you.
Returns received after 14 days are accepted at our discretion and will only
receive store credit if accepted.
Merchandise
will not be accepted for store credit, return or exchange after 14 days.
It must be returned in the same brand new condition you
received it and with tags still attached.
Merchandise that has been worn or damaged will not be accepted.
When returning an
item, be sure to send using delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible
for any returned packages lost or delayed by the post office. If you add
delivery confirmation to your return, your package can be tracked. This tracking
number will serve as proof of mailing.
Merchandise may be returned for
refund. There is a 15% restock fee for
merchandise returned for refund. Shipping is not refundable.

Panties, Thongs, G Strings, Boy Shorts, Lingerie, Swimwear or other intimate
apparel can not be returned due to public health laws.
Defective
merchandise may be returned for exact replacement. |
