Shipping & Returns...

Most items require 2-3 business days for processing. This is the amount of time needed to prepare your order for shipping. This time is in addition to the amount of time needed to actually ship your order. Selecting expedited or rush shipping does not shorten the order processing time. Selecting expedited or rush shipping only shortens the amount of time it takes your order to ship from us to you.

Merchandise may be returned for store credit for the amount of purchase less shipping. There is a 15% restock fee for merchandise returned for refund. Costumes are size exchange only. Sale merchandise is Final Sale. Rhinestone merchandise, Panties, Thongs, Boy Shorts, Lingerie, Swimwear or other intimate apparel is not returnable. Shipping charges are not refunded.
