*Domestic
orders (including express or rush delivery) of in stock
merchandise are usually shipped out in 2-3 business days.
Add 7-14 business days if your order combines manufacturers (ex. Order
contains product numbers beginning with different letters). Some items may require an additional
5-14 business days. Read the item
description for specific details. You will be notified about backorders and out of stock merchandise within
48-72 hours. Most domestic orders are received by the
customer within 7-14 business days.
International orders
require an additional 7-10 business days and are usually received by the customer within
3 weeks. The customer is responsible for any
customs fees, duties, tariffs or taxes imposed by their country.
Merchandise may be returned for
store credit for the amount of purchase less shipping. There is a 15% restock fee for
merchandise returned for refund. Costumes are size exchange
only. Rhinestone
merchandise, Panties, Thongs, Boy Shorts, Lingerie, Swimwear or other intimate apparel is
not returnable. Shipping charges are not refunded.
