Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the time you receive your order.  There is a 15% restock fee for merchandise returned for refund. Merchandise that has been worn or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

*Hosiery, stockings, pantyhose, panties, thongs, and G Strings or items with panties, thongs, and G strings, BY LAW, are not returnable. 

*Costumes are size exchange only

*Sale Merchandise is final sale and can not be returned or exchanged

Shipping charges are not refundable and are not included in the amount of your store credit.

Shipping and Availability

We use UPS Real Time Shipping for added reliability and security. Shipping rates are calculated in real time by UPS. Shipping charges are based on the destination address, package size and weight. International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, tariffs, etc.
